1 Credit Card Payment

If you paid by credit card, you are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 6 business days after approval.

2 Debit Card Payment

If you paid by debit card, we are unable to refund directly back to the card. Instead, we can offer a refund via Nayax Wallet or EMT (E-Transfer).

Nayax Wallet: Refund will be issued as a credit coupon (not a direct cash refund).
EMT (E-Transfer): Please provide the email address associated with your bank account so we can process the transfer.
